Meet The Cook
My name is Adriane Harris-Durham, and I am a wife and a mother of two children. I was born and raised in Chicago with my grandparents. As a young girl, I developed my love of cooking from watching my grandmother in the kitchen. I learned the most delicious recipes by imitating the meals my grandmother cooked daily!
Big Bacon’s, A Household Name
After many requests from family and friends, I decided to sell dinners in my neighborhood, and through word of mouth, I became a household name. I started my own catering business in 2017 called Big Bacon’s. I have catered to many events including birthday parties, weddings, and other events.
Community Service
I have teamed up with local organizations to do food drives for the homeless. All food that is leftover at the end of each business day is donated to homeless people in the community.
